The playgroup runs in line with the school year, which means that we
break for the usual school holidays. The term dates are recorded in our
newsletters which are produced every half term.
We are registered with Ofsted to take up to 20 children per
session between the ages of 2 and 5 years. Free milk and
water are provided during the sessions and a contribution
towards a mid-morning/mid-afternoon snack (i.e. fruit, crackers etc.) is
included in the fee.
Lunch club
We run a supervised lunch club for children who stay with us all day and as an add on to the morning and afternoon sessions. Please send in a healthy packed lunch with your child (please provide an ice pack in the lunch box). The fee is £5.00 per day.
Payment
You will be invoiced each half term and payment is requested within two weeks of issue of the invoice. At least two weeks notice is required when a child leaves playgroup. Payments by cheque to be made to PVPG.
Child care voucher payments
We accept child care voucher payments through your place of work. We currently accept the following childcare vouchers:
Accor Services vouchers - reference number P20085549
Sodexho Pass vouchers - reference number 149718
Busy Bees vouchers - reference number 00052458
Nursery Education Grant Funding for 3 & 4 years olds
The local Education authority offers all 3 and 4 year olds a free education place. The grant will pay for a maximum of six 2.5 hour sessions of education each week during term time. Further information is available from the playgroup.
